Sejak Sabtu matt udah coba menu baru yaitu Sweet Potatoes (Ubi). Mommy belinya di Bali Deli. Import bookkk. Setelah tahu dari mailing list mpasirumahan dan juga browsing dari internet, baru tau deh kalau sweet potatoes itu bagus. Dimana di anjurin dulu sweet potatoes untuk bayi umur 6-8 bulan. White potatoes nanti setelah 8-10 bulan.

Due to their lower level of important nutrients and high amount of starchy carbohydrates, it would best to keep white potatoes out of baby's diet until between 8-10 months of age. Waiting until after 10 months of age to introduce baby to white potatoes would allow for baby to gain more nutrients from other nutrient dense foods.
Sepertinya Matt doyan ama sweet potatoes ini ^_^. Setiap dibuat pasti abis deh alias ludes dengan cepat. Setelah Sweet Potatoes menu berikutnya adalah Kabocha :-)
